We are pleased to announce that the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of the Institute of Legal Studies, the University of Zielona Góra is organising an International Scientific and Research Conference Structuring the Public Finance Sector in Central and Eastern Europe. It will be held on 6-7 June in Zielona Góra. The organisers kindly invite all those interested in this issue to take part in it. The aim of the conference is to attempt to diagnose the theoretical and practical aspects of lawmaking and law application. Creating a platform for scientific discourse should contribute to the identification of doctrinal problems and practical barriers to the correct shaping of the content of legal regulations, as well as their interpretation and application. No less important are also the challenges posed to the representatives of doctrine and the legal profession by the dynamic sweep of economic, social and political relations. These necessitate the development of new legal and financial concepts and the search for appropriate solutions to problematic issues that also include the application of the law. One of the scientific outcomes of the Conference will be the possibility of publishing the research results in a peer-reviewed scientific periodical. A prerequisite for publishing a paper in an issue of Legal and Administrative Discourse (70 points) is to obtain positive editorial reviews.
