We kindly inform you that the following resolutions were adopted at the General Meeting of the Center held on November 25, 2025:
1. Election of members of the Center's Management Board
Resolution No. 8/2025 on the election of Prof. Mariusz Popławski, PhD, to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 9/2025 on the election of Prof. JUDr Michal Radvan, PhD, to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 10/2025 on the election of Prof. JUDr. Miroslav Štrkolec, PhD, to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 11/2025 on the election of Gábor Hulkó, PhD, to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 12/2025 on the election of Prof. Rafał Dowgier, PhD, for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 13/2025 on the election of Marcin Tyniewicki, PhD to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 14/2025 on the election of Prof. Michał Mariański to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 15/2025 on the election of Piotr Woltanowski, PhD to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 16/2025 on the election of Łukasz Presnarowicz PhD to the Association's Management Board for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
In the near future, the date of the first meeting of the Management Board will be set, at which, in accordance with § 29 of the Statutes, the President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, and Secretary will be elected.
2. Election of the Audit Committee
Resolution No. 5/2025 on the election of Prof. Anna Ostrowska, as a member of the Association's Audit Committee for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 6/2025 on the election of Elżbieta Ambrożej, PhD as a member of the Association's Audit Committee for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
Resolution No. 7/2025 on the election of Róża Kosińska, PhD as a member of the Association's Audit Committee for the period from November 25, 2025, to November 25, 2029.
