The meeting between the International Center of Public Finance and Tax Law Research and the Department of Financial Law and Economics of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno was held on June 20, 2022. The meeting was chaired by prof. Leonard Etel – President of the Management Board. The Head of the Department, doc. JUDr Ph.D. Petr Mrkỳvka made a general presentation of the Department and its’ activities. Employees of the Department presented their scientific interests and plans. In the meeting participated independent and dependent research workers and Ph.D. students from various universities in Poland (SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Silesia in Katowice, University of Zielona Góra, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, University of Rzeszów, University of Gdańsk, Catholic University of Lublin) and also Charles University in Prague, the National University of Lviv and Pavel Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Participants were proposing areas of the cooperation with International Center of Public Finance and Tax Law Research. Prof. Leonard Etel encouraged participation in joint publications and joint conferences and proposed cooperation in the framework of Ph.D. students' education. Prof. Beata Kucia-Guściora invited to publish in the “Studia Prawnicze KUL”. We would like to thank all the participants for a successful discussion about the Center’s future.
