The second meeting initiated by the International Center of Public Finance and Tax Law Research with the Department of Public Finance and Financial Law and Department of Tax Law of the Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu w Białymstoku with the Department of Financial Law of the Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego was held on February 21, 2022. The meeting was chaired by prof. Leonard Etel - President of the Management Board of the Center and by prof. – Anna Maria Jurkowska-Zeidler Head of the Department of Financial Law at the Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego. The meeting was attended by independent and dependent research workers and PhD students who presented their scientific interests and nearest plans concerning grants, publications and conferences. The Vice-Presidents of the Center’s Management Board, prof. Urszula Zawadzka-Pąk and prof. Mariusz Popławski, presented the association as a scientific bridge between researchers. Moreover, dr Tomasz Sowiński presented the Center for Local Government Law and Local Finance Law which is based at the Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego as a platform for cooperation between the two Centers. Then, dr Rafał Mroczkowski presented the Financial Law Review, which is a journal of the Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego and which is on the list of journals of the Ministry of Education and has 70 points with an invitation to publish. We would like to thank all the participants for a successful discussion about the Center’s future and we are looking forward to the next meetings.
